3 Keys to Transformational Healing-11816

Transformational Healing

Imagine, rather than being told, “It’s all in your head”, you find a health care professional who not only listens to the symptoms that have you on life’s sidelines, not only helps you reduce those symptoms but tirelessly examines every avenue possible to find the root cause of your symptoms, and treat that root getting your body back to its natural state; vital health.

Because vital health is not just about what you eat or how you exercise, imagine that professional supporting you in every aspect of your healing, to support you in creating optimal health, well-being, and the life of your dreams.

With so much conflicting information out there circulating in the media and on the internet it is difficult to know where to turn when all you want to do is feel better and be able to move forward with your life.

If you remember there are three keys to truly transforming your health and, indeed, your life, getting where you want to be stops being a chore and starts being a joy.

Key #1.  There is no one-size-fits all treatment.  Often two people can share the same illness and experience two very different root causes.  Take, for example, hormonal imbalance in women.  One root cause might be an estrogen detoxification issue while another might be a progesterone deficiency caused by chronic stress.  Treating the root cause of dis-ease in the body is much more effective than treating symptoms because it restores balance in the body rapidly and easily.

Key #2. The perfect diet doesn’t exist for every single person.  Some of them are questionable for anyone but even the seemingly healthy ones can be detrimental when facing down the barrel of autoimmune illness, thyroid disorders, hormone imbalances, liver issues, adrenal fatigue, leaky gut or other serious illnesses.  While juice fasts might be the rage and diets like Paleo, veganism, raw (and raw veganism), and Atkins are now mainstream, letting your nutrition plan be picked by your group of friends or Google is not a good idea.  While there are positive aspects of just about any eating plan, chronic health issues require real investigation to make sure you are eating for your individual biology and for your particular dysfunction to achieve the greatest restoration of well-being.

Key #3.  Finding the right expert or team is your golden ticket to vibrance and vitality.  Doctors may fail to listen to or take seriously the symptoms you face, often ones that debilitate, and books and various diets don’t often offer a solution. Finding an expert who can investigate the real reasons you don’t feel well and help you heal on a cellular level is invaluable in truly transforming your health, well-being and every aspect of your life.

Our “Hot and Haute” 3-Month Couture coaching and “From Detox to Diva” 6 and 12 month programs are available for a few select women who desire to free themselves from fatigue, chronic illness and a feeling of being “stuck” and transform into healthy vibrant divas living lives full of passion, joy and beauty.  We examine every aspect of symptoms or illnesses you are experiencing and through advanced functional diagnostics, devise an individual plan of action for healing.  As you begin to heal physically, our integrative modules will guide you into deeper transformation on a “soul” level allowing you to release fears, guilt, and other negative emotions, and experience renewal and restoration that allows you to embrace a whole new life; a whole new you.

    Hi Diva,
It’s refreshing to read something so honest! I’ve also tried juice fasts, and other systems that are not “real food” based but when you want to get back to natural living you’re never given the right programming or information how to. I loved reading into your philosophies and look forward to learning more. Thanks!

I completely agree with every point – haha! However, what particularly resonated with me was #2 on your list. I think we see a cookie cutter diet work for one person and the belief forms that it should work for everyone. However, this just isn’t always the case. Believing it can though can lead to frustration and disappointment. And you’re right, the best thing to do is hire someone to help you find the root cause for why you aren’t feeling well and come up with the best nutritional plan for you.

Thanks for reminding everyone that one size, one treatment, one lifestyle, one eating plan does not fit everyone. I like how you advised to get to the root of the way you are feeling and then eating to heal and that an expert can help you with this process! Nice Work!

I love that you custom the treatment, i believe this is a major quality, to work with someone who cares and listens, rather than those out there that put everyone in a box. We need more people like you! thank you for sharing your gifts

I fully agree with the “There is no one-size-fits all treatment.” Many doctors get into the routine of treating everyone the same, you have this problem you need to do this. Every one needs to be treated to their specific needs.

What I found extraordinary about this post (enough to share on my Facebook account) is that the drive to copy healing ideas, diets, and fads cannot go deep enough to address the individual’s mind/body uniqueness. I love how you have gone through so many alternative therapy courses in your travels to bring together your own brand of healing. Thank you for this post, Jacqueline.

I very much appreciate the share, Diane. I have been really fortunate to travel and study. I am also aware that healthy eating can be taken to extremes, especially when enrobed in dogma! Thank you, thank you, thank you, for caring enough to delve deeper into the post.
